Description
A striking hand-painted demitasse coffee cup and saucer set from Carlton Ware’s iconic “Spiderweb” Bleu Royale range, dating to circa 1940.
This beautifully gilded duo features vibrant polychrome enamel detailing, including a spider, flowers and insects, set against a deep cobalt blue ground.
The cup measures approximately 6cm high, and the saucer is 11cm in diameter.
Exceptional condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. A fine example for collectors of vintage English porcelain.
